Monthly plans include:
Secure hosting, SSL, routine backups, software updates, security monitoring and ongoing technical maintenance throughout the 24-month agreement.
The first monthly payment is required before work begins. Monthly plans have a 24-month minimum term, and website ownership transfers after all 24 payments have cleared. One-off packages include 12 months of hosting and essential maintenance. Additional pages, content creation, premium software and advanced functionality may cost extra. All projects are subject to an agreed scope.

All care plans are rolling monthly with no minimum term. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. UK hosting is included on every plan. Unused content update hours do not roll over. Care plans cover maintenance, support and small changes, not new page builds or redesigns, which are quoted separately.
